That's how it's done:

You need these ingredients:

  • For the tarte flambée cream:

  • 200 g crème fraîche

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 pinch of nutmeg

  • For the low carb dough:

  • 180 g low-fat quark

  • 120 g light grated cheese

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tsp salt

  • For greasing:

  • 10 ml oil

  • To prove:

  • 50 g spring onions, cut into rings

  • 70g low-fat bacon, diced

  • 120 g light grated cheese

Preparation is so easy:

  • Preheat oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat.

  • For the tarte flambée cream:

    in a bowl, season the crème fraîche with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

  • For the low-carb tarte flambée dough:

    in another bowl, mix the low-fat quark with light grated cheese, the eggs and salt.

  • Then line a baking tray with baking paper and brush it with oil. Spread the tarte flambée dough on top and bake until light brown for 15 minutes.

  • Remove from the oven, spread the cream on the tarte flambée base and top with spring onions, bacon and grated cheese. Bake again for 15 minutes.

  • Start snacking without a guilty conscience. Bon appetit!
