"One can see the glass as half empty or half full", he adds, underlining that "we have had 11 countries in recession in the EU out of 27 and some are large countries, with important economies". "At the same time - he concludes - it is true that there are countries, such as the Iberian Peninsula, which have growth rates greater than this, however the European average is very similar to the Italian figure for both 2024 and 2025".
