Two house cats turn out to be poltergeists that keep the neighbors from sleeping. A camera reveals what funny things the four-legged friends are up to.
As is so often the case, in the cute
TikTok
video from “
lilly_lotti_cats
” a camera reveals what four-legged friends get up to without their owners. However, the couple might not have found out about their cats' turbulent actions so quickly if it hadn't been for the letter from their neighbors. Because when it hangs on the door, they investigate, put a camera in their living room and discover what are probably the “cutest poltergeists” they have ever seen.
Neighbors ask: “Do you have a poltergeist living in your house?”
The clip was released a year ago, but is currently enjoying great popularity online again. Over 800,000 likes and 6.6 million views speak for themselves. The
TikTok
community loves the “little racehorses” and sometimes thinks of themselves as “the poor neighbors”. Because they were the ones who pointed out the noise at night in the first place. With a note on the door: “Hello. Do you have a poltergeist living with you? We can’t sleep!” You can find out here whether a landlord can ban pets in the apartment.
The cat owner doesn't take this lying down: "What kind of poltergeist?" and puts a camera in the living room to get to the bottom of the matter over the course of two nights. What he and his partner then see is absolutely lovely. At least for animal lovers and everyone who doesn’t have to “suffer” from the noise.

Question clarified: They are “sweet poltercats”
The photo shows the two house cats running around the apartment full of energy and having a lot of fun. They play like crazy, knocking things over, galloping across the floor, jumping on their toys or sometimes on their four-legged friend. “Sorry, dear neighbors,” it says with a smiling smiley and a happy cat at the end of the clip. How an owner hides his cats from the landlord also inspires many
TikTok
users.
“These are probably the cutest poltergeists I’ve ever seen,” writes one user in a comment. Another can understand the suffering of the neighbors: “I hear that every day, it's annoying to no end.” And others recognize their own cats in the video and share their experiences with the community. Below is a selection of further comments.
“Maybe there is no poltergeist, but two cute polter cats instead 🥰.”
“Oh no God, how cute they are galloping through the apartment 🥰🥰.”
“That's awesome... When you're in the room, it's not that loud. In the apartment below, it’s like a group is learning quilting 😅.”
"We're fairly new cat owners... because of velvet paws and stealth hunters... when the two of them gallop around the apartment, it sounds like a whole herd."
“And then some people wonder why cats usually sleep during the day😂.”
“😂😂😂 My neighbors below me called the landlord and said that there was a wild animal running back and forth in my apartment.”
