According to the organizers, around 100 thousand Israelis took to the streets this evening in Tel Aviv in a protest against Benyamin Netanyahu's government and for an agreement that will bring home the hostages still in Gaza 6 months after their kidnapping by Hamas. The media instead speak of "tens of thousands" but define it as "the largest since October 7th". The protest took place along the Ministry of Defense - the only one in Tel Aviv - to concentrate at the intersection of the Ayalon, the ring road, renamed 'Democracy Square'. Among the slogans stand out those calling for "elections immediately" and "Release the hostages immediately".
