At least according to exit polls conducted on behalf of Slovak public television, the winner of the presidential election ballot in Slovakia would be the pro-Western diplomat Ivan Korcok, with 51.1% of the votes.
Peter Pellegrini, the president of the parliament allied with the pro-Russian populist prime minister Robert Fico, would have obtained 48.9% of the vote. The result of the exit polls was also relaunched by the "Ta3" TV.
