Instructions:

In a mixer with a guitar hook, or in a large bowl with a wooden spoon, mix together butter, two types of sugar, salt and peanut butter until a paste-like texture.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the baking soda powder and fold the first bowl until the flour is absorbed and no more.

Add the chocolates and pecans, mix, cover and put in the fridge for an hour, and if possible even two hours.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and with the help of an ice cream scoop or a large regular scoop, form a ball from the dough mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper with large gaps of at least 5 cm between cookies. Note that they expand during baking.
