"Why do you ask for so much censorship in Brazil?" This is the provocative comment that the owner of X, Elon Musk, left in response to an old post by the judge of the Supreme Federal Court, Alexandre de Moraes.
The American billionaire with his profile then challenged Brazilian justice by announcing that he will remove the restrictions against the profiles blocked at the behest of Moraes, denouncing an alleged "aggressive censorship" that "violates the law and the will of the Brazilian people".
“We are lifting all restrictions,” Musk warned. “
This judge has imposed heavy fines, threatened to arrest our employees, and cut off access to X in Brazil. As a result, we will probably all lose our earnings and have to close our office,” wrote the billionaire, adding: "Someone save Brazil!".
