Berrettini beat the reigning Spanish champion, Roberto Carballes Baena, in the final in two sets with a score of 7-5 6-2. The Italian tennis player had been out of action for more than a year with a back injury. The tournament was held at the Casa d'Italia in Marrakesh, Morocco.
