Speaking upon arrival at the Pietrarsa railway museum, Salvini reiterated: "There is no general amnesty, those who have built villas in protected or dangerous areas have no excuse. But since small irregularities within the domestic walls block millions of Italian families, clogging up thousands of municipalities, all of this must be remedied. The citizen pays, the municipality collects, the market starts to run again, the objective is also to bring down the prices of properties for sale and rents".
