Highlights: Eden Harel is a repentant and close to religion in the last decade. She and her husband raise their children in a religious way of life. A video she uploaded on her Instagram page about the initiative of a group of women who distribute kits for Shabbat observance managed to drive her followers crazy. "This is where you crossed the line. Men and women were murdered and kidnapped and received the greatest trauma of their lives on Saturday morning. Secular, religious, leftist, rightist. We were all kidnapped. Entire communities were scarred for life. Like our community," one of her followers wrote. "I respect everyone who does not feel the same way as I do. It's okay to have differences of opinion, but not differences of heart. I love you all free love," Harel replied to the angry comments on her social network. "It really hurts to see that this is how you choose to see the reality and tell it to your followers," she signed.

The repentant presenter uploaded a video linking the events of the Black Saturday of October 7 to the observance of Shabbat and caused the network to burn

We all know that

Eden Harel

is repentant and close to religion in the last decade. She and her husband and former children's channel host,

Oded Menashe

, raise their children in a religious way of life and so far there seems to be no problem. Amma, a video she uploaded on her Instagram page about the initiative of a group of women who distribute kits for Shabbat observance managed to drive her followers crazy.

In a post she uploaded to her Instagram account, she wrote: "Since the seventh of October, multitudes of families have woken up to accept Shabbat for the people of Israel, because more than Israel kept the Shabbat, the Shabbat kept them. We embarked on a tremendous project to help them in the first steps, on the way to keeping the Shabbat."

"We wanted to share with you this tremendous and rare privilege, there is a group of amazing women who prepare Shabbat kits for anyone who is interested in experimenting with Shabbat observance... a really exciting project. Because together with God's help we will win," she signed.

The ones who were least excited about the project were her surfers and followers on the social network: "Or maybe it's the other way around? Where was the great and terrible God Most High 80 years ago when my grandmother asked for some water on the death march? And where is God now silent when there are 134 men and women dying in captivity? And where is Ron Arad? ", wrote one, who really wasn't the only one.

There was also someone who experienced Black Shabbat personally and could not go over the things in silence: "As a survivor of October 7th, it is horrifying to me that you see it this way. What does keeping Shabbat have to do with it? It was on Saturday morning that my friends were murdered. It was on this Shabbat that "Your sanctity" Hamasniks took over our seat and made names. Precisely on Shabbat.

"Those who kept Shabbat - their son and grandson will be murdered. So how is this related and why this coercion, if we keep Shabbat then we will be kept and protected? It's a shame that you use your platform to present reality in such a distorted way. I have always followed the impressive path you have taken but so far."

"This is where you crossed the line. Men and women were murdered and kidnapped and received the greatest trauma of their lives on Saturday morning. Secular, religious, leftist, rightist. We were all kidnapped. Entire communities were scarred for life. Like our community. It really hurts to see that this is how you choose to see the reality and tell it to your followers," she signed.

Eden, what did you mean by advertising?

"They asked me to advertise a project that distributes Shabbat kits to those who want them, I put it up. Like a thousand other projects that I am always happy to share"

What do you have to say to those who were affected by this?

"The truth is that I have nothing to say, certainly not to those who survived the massacre. I love Shabbat. I believe that Shabbat is spiritual observance. I respect everyone who does not feel the same way as I do. It's okay to have differences of opinion, but not differences of heart. I love you all free love .
