Gradually, the deterioration of the job market is spreading in people's minds. Yesterday inclined to jump from one position to another in the hope of improving their remuneration and working conditions, French employees are today more cautious. This is what emerges from the latest Dares study on labor movements in the fourth quarter of 2023.
The number of contract terminations thus saw a further decline of 1% over the last three months of the past year. Resignations, in particular, are down 3.4%. To a lesser extent, conventional terminations are on the same trend (-0.4 points).

These signs demonstrate greater awareness of the risk of not quickly finding a job on the part of employees.
