, the British monarch would seriously consider extending “an olive branch” to invite Prince Harry, Meghan Markle and their two children, Archie (4 years old) and Lilibet (2 years old) to Balmoral this summer.
According to the source, Charles III would “desperately” want to get closer to his grandchildren, whom he has seen very little. Since Lilibet's birth in 2021, he has only met her once during Elizabeth II's platinum jubilee in June 2022. “He knows that life is too short,” admits the source.
The opportunity to bring the whole family together at Balmoral, the beloved residence of the British royal family, where they find themselves every summer far from the tumult of London. “Balmoral really is the perfect and relaxing place for a reunion. If he extends an invitation, then surely Harry and Meghan should accept the visit,” says

Earlier this month, Prince William and Kate Middleton also reportedly “asked Harry and Meghan to come to the UK with their children” during their next visit. Prince Harry will notably be in the United Kingdom in May for the 10th edition of the Invictus Games. But no one knows at the moment whether he will be accompanied by his wife and two children.
