Reduce
body fat percentage
: Even apparently slim people can have a high body fat percentage. The Ask Mom user with the nickname “Blackspoon” writes: “Fat tends to build up on the stomach and bottom. After I gained two kilos due to taking medication, which in itself isn't much, it caused me to break out in sweats on my butt. When they were down again, I sweated significantly less."
Sage cure
: Sage has been used as a medicinal plant for a long time. Among other things, it is said to have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. Sage is even said to help against nervous sweating. Frag Mom user “Blackspoon,” who was previously affected by bottom sweats, recommends a sage treatment in which you drink a liter of sage tea spread throughout the day for four weeks.
Avoid spicy food and alcohol
: both stimulate blood circulation and thus the production of sweat.
Do sport
