a particularly successful Chenin Blanc from the Miroham Quality Winery. Full, rich, very mineral, somewhat greenish on the palate and with no less than a bomb value for NIS 89.

pleasant fruit, very present seasoning, a degree of lightness. A seemingly unpretentious wine, which along the way provides complexity, character and no less than excellent value for money.
Nana, Chenin Blanc 2022, NIS 100:
restrained tropical fruit, sharp acidity, great desert minerality. Very gastronomic, balanced, for connoisseurs but not only for them. Nice value.
Feldstein, Dabuki 2023, NIS 110:
Dabuki is an ancient local variety that, according to research, was grown here already in the days of the Bible. Winemaker Avi Feldstein's version, which originates from a vineyard in Gush Etzion, is fresh, fruity, mineral, sharp and, like most of his wines, also restrained, gastronomic, not Standard and fascinating.
