Declare emergency in Puerto Rico at the Dorian Pass

Tropical storm Dorian strengthened on Tuesday night and is expected to arrive in Puerto Rico and the US and British Virgin Islands on Wednesday, according to forecasts from the US National Hurricane Center. The Government of Donald Trump issued an emergency declaration for Puerto Rico. On the island there is a lot of nervousness about the arrival of Dorian since the population still has the passage of Hurricane Maria two years ago in memory. Puerto Rico is still recovering from the ravages of that storm.
