On Monday, August 26, rue Nationale, in Marquise, near Boulogne-sur-Mer in the Pas-de-Calais, pedestrians see a Labrador type dog locked in a car in full sun and alert gendarmes, reports La Voix du Nord .
A brigade immediately intervenes on the spot to open the vehicle and release the animal. The latter was taken care of by Opale Capture Environnement's animal service. The intervention costs will have to be paid by the owners of the dog and a complaint will be filed for bad treatment, the regional daily explains.
