Al-Hasakah-Sana
After a six-year interruption due to the terrorist attacks, the General Company for Electricity of Al-Hasakah restored electricity to areas in the western countryside of the governorate after the completion of technical workshops to maintain the 20 kV medium-tension pipeline linking Makhroum and Tal Baroud.
The general manager of the company, Eng. Anwar Al-Akleh, told SANA today that the maintenance operations included replacing 12 collapsed electrical insulators in the area, re-installing the medium and low tension networks and equipping the air conversion center in Tel Baroud village, which contributed to the restoration of electricity to the villagers and the surrounding area.
The electrical grid in the area was damaged by terrorist groups before it defeated.
