(CNN Spanish) - The Backstreet Boys will take their “DNA World Tour” tour, their biggest show in 18 years, to Latin America.

The boy band with the most records sold in history ––130 million copies globally–– announced the next stops on its tour through social networks.

The first in our region will be held on February 21, 2020 in Mexico City.

The interpreters of “I Want It That Way” will also visit Costa Rica, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil.

The DNA World Tour began on May 11, 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal, and toured 26 other cities in Europe.

In Canada they performed seven concerts and in the United States they visit 36 ​​cities in total, ending this first stage of the tour on September 15, 2019 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.

Presale for some of the dates in Latin America will begin on August 30. For Monterrey, Mexico, presale begins on August 29. Particular details for each of the seven dates can be found on the band's page.

His tenth studio album entitled "DNA" went on sale on January 25 this year and for the first time in two decades, the production debuted in the top position of the Billboard 200 list.

The first single from the production "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" gave the band its first Grammy nomination in 10 years. The issue reached the top position on iTunes and was on global playlists in 22 countries, according to a publicist from the CNN group in Spanish through a statement.

In February and after 21 years since their first and only presentation, the Backstreet Boys returned to the Viña del Mar International Song Festival and conquered Quinta Vergara with some of their classic themes.
