The Director of the Naval College also delivered a speech in which he explained that the years spent by the graduates at the Naval College and the military education they have received qualify them to join the ranks of the naval forces officers who are able to take responsibility and carry out the tasks entrusted to them with competence and proficiency and that the naval forces today are stronger and more rigid Oda and its men will remain when they think their soldiers are well-known fencing the coasts of the homeland and defend with courage and feet to keep our beaches safe and full of all the elements of pride, sovereignty and dignity.

On this occasion, a maritime parade was held in which missile boats, patrol boats and scavengers, in addition to human frog boats.
According to the adopted maritime tradition, a wreath of flowers was thrown at sea to honor the souls of the martyrs of the naval forces. A wreath of flowers was placed on the memorial of the souls of the martyrs of the naval forces and coastal defense.
