One person was killed and six others injured in a stabbing in the central French city of Villeurbanne today.
"One of the suspects who carried out the operation was carrying a knife, while the search for the other suspect with a metal rod is still going on," AFP quoted a local police source as saying.
The source pointed out that the motives behind the attack were not clearly confirmed.
