The presence of the Directorate General of Real Estate Services in the wing of the Ministry of Local Administration at the Damascus International Fair in its current session is of great importance, especially by those wishing to know the services provided and the development of the mechanism of its work during the past period as it is moving towards automating real estate sheets in various governorates.

Director General of the Directorate Khalid Al-Khader Bin said in a statement to SANA delegate that the real estate departments provide data on the ownership of citizens directly through the exhibition in various governorates liberated by the Syrian Arab Army except the governorate of Al-Hasakah and Deir Ezzor, which are currently being audited.

Al-Khader pointed out that the real estate service was launched as an experiment in the last session of the exhibition and is now installed in 49 points in the directorates of real estate departments in the governorates to provide service to the citizen without incurring the trouble of travel. .

The Greens announced that it is expected to launch the advantage of simplifying procedures for investors in coordination with the public authorities, especially those concerned with providing the service to investors to secure all the required real estate documents for their projects.

Citizen service centers located in the pavilion also provide direct services to visitors, according to Mohammed Salloum, deputy head of the Citizen Service Center in Damascus.

Salloum pointed out that the number of centers deployed in Damascus reached 13 centers offering the service of the judicial record “not judged” through the exhibition as a model of the total services provided by service centers in the governorate.

For his part, Alaa al-Din al-Obeid, head of service centers in the countryside of Damascus, said that the governorate is in the process of expanding the establishment of service centers in the governorate and there are three centers will be opened soon in Jdeidet Yabous, Nabak, Hargeelah and other centers are being completed in addition to the existence of centers Time distributed in Jaramana, Qatana, Harasta and others pointing out that the centers enable the citizen to obtain the civil record of embarrassment of registration and family data and death directly through the exhibition.
