Odessa, Texas (CNN) - A postal service worker whose vehicle was hijacked by an armed man is among the seven people killed in the most recent mass shooting in the United States.

The Odessa Police Department on Sunday identified the man who also injured 22 people in Saturday's shooting in West Texas as 36-year-old Seth Ator. He was shot down by the police.

This is what we know about the victims:

The people killed were between 15 and 57 years old, authorities said.

Mary Granados was talking on the phone with her twin sister, Rosie, when the first one said she heard a shot, the surviving twin told. Then, Granados started screaming.

"It was very painful. I wanted to help her and I couldn't. I thought I had been bitten by a dog or something, ”Rosie Granados said in a telephone interview with CNN. "I tried to call her by name and she didn't answer."

The gunman hijacked the Granados mail vehicle, said Silvia Torres, a spokeswoman for the U.S. Postal Service Inspection Service.

Rosie knew her sister's route and went to look for her, she said. In 15 minutes, he found his sister. The police were already there.

“I was lying on the floor when I got there. He was already gone, ”he told CNN in an interview from his home. "I just wanted to run to her and hug her ... kiss her."

“We are all undone. We are all suffering, ”said Rosie Granados. "She was very kind and always smiling."

She said that Granados's cats have been howling for her.

The suspect hijacked a Postal Service vehicle that was driven by Mary Granados.

The Granados sisters moved from Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, to Odessa when they were 14 years old. Granados worked for the United States Postal Service for about a year, his sister said.

The Postal Service Inspection Service confirmed the death of Granados.

Granados loved to travel with her boyfriend and spend time with her family.

He didn't feel well on Saturday, but he still went to work, his sister said.

The chamber of the house of Mckayla Salcido in Odessa captured the moment when Granados delivers the mail more than three hours before the shooting. It is one of the last known images of Granados before they killed her.

Granados was approaching the end of his shift when he was killed, his sister said.

"It's hard for me," said Rosie Granados, who is three minutes older, "because she's my twin."

She said the two "were like one"

"And now a part of me is missing," he said. "And I wish I could get it back, but I just can't."

Jason Morris reported from Odessa. Darran Simon and Amanda Jackson reported and wrote from Atlanta. Andrea Díaz, Faith Karimi and Ed Lavandera contributed to this report.
