The Newark, New Jersey airport was evacuated after an Alaska Airlines employee considered two passengers to be suspicious because when they approached them they started running. The employee shouted at 200 passengers to leave the place and activated the alarm. Some thought they had heard shots and left their luggage behind. The airport confirmed that there was no threat and the police then let the men go and interrogate them.
