An 18-year-old student has to face trial in Dusseldorf for a death threat against teachers. "Hey, Dude, I kill all teachers," said the 18-year-old loudly said in class at a comprehensive school in Monheim. Previously, a film about National Socialism had been shown in the class. When leaving the classroom, the student had called according to the charge still "Heil Hitler".
Now he has to answer for disturbing the public peace by threatening crimes in the district court. He conceded the Hitler salute, but denied the threat. His teacher, on the other hand, testified to having heard the threat clearly. She was surprised that this had come from this student, whom she had previously experienced as friendly.
She herself had not filed a complaint, but a colleague. The student was then searched by the police and taken into custody a few hours later. The court wants to hear more witnesses. The process continues.
Only at the beginning of the year, the public prosecutor Halle an der Saale had set investigations against a student who had previously shown and chanted the Hitler salute in the classroom. The reason: According to the law, the Hitler salute is only punishable by the public. Thus, the authority encountered at the school concerned as well as the Ministry of Education in Saxony-Anhalt on incomprehension.
