[London, 4th Reuters]-The House of Representatives passed a bill requesting postponement of withdrawal from the European Union (EU) on the 4th with 327 votes in favor and 299 votes against.

The bill closed Prime Minister Johnson's move to leave the end of October without agreement with the EU, and was sent to the Senate after approval by the House of Representatives.

Prime Minister Johnson proposed a general election on 15 October, and said that if he was still in prime position after the election, he would leave the EU on 31 October.
