Housing invites subscribers to the Residential Savings Project to complete the payment of the first cash payment

DAMASCUS, (SANA) - The General Organization for Housing (GHC) has called on citizens subscribing to the 2019 housing savings project to be necessary

The Public Housing Authority (PAHA) called on citizens subscribing to the Housing Savings Project for 2019 to complete the payment of the first cash balance starting from the 8th of this month until the 31st of October.

The Foundation said in a statement received by SANA today that the citizens subscribed in the governorates of "Damascus countryside, Aleppo, Latakia, Homs, Hama and Daraa" and those who receive the preference numbers according to the announced lottery since last July to complete the payment of the balance of the first cash payment amounting to one million and three hundred thousand Syrian pounds Real estate and its branches.

She explained that after paying the balance of the first cash payment, citizens should check with the Public Housing Authority (GHC) or the competent branch to receive the housing books in order to start paying their monthly installments with the real estate bank and its branches as of November 3, taking the bank notice “white copy”. Pay the balance of the first cash payment and personal card.

The Foundation stressed the need to pay on time, noting that in case of default in the profession granted subscription is considered void.

The Foundation announced in February to open the door for subscription to 12,200 homes in the project of residential savings in a number of provinces.
