[Athens 5 Reuters]-A spokesman for the Greek government unveiled a policy to ask Eurozone countries to reduce their 2021 budget surplus to GDP ratio target to around 2% on the 5th.

Greece promises to have a basic balance (primary balance) of up to 3.5% of GDP until 2022.

A Petosas spokeswoman told SKAI Radio to maintain this goal in 2019 and 20 years. On that basis, he expressed his desire to lower the target for 2021 after implementing reforms and gaining the trust of the eurozone countries.
