The Yemeni army and the Popular Committees' rocket force targeted the Saudi airport of Najran today with the Badr-1 ballistic missile, in the second missile strike targeting the airport and the fourth in-depth operation in 24 hours.
The Yemeni Armed Forces spokesman Brigadier Yahya Serai said in a statement carried by Al-Masirah Net that the rocket fired a Badr-1 ballistic missile at Najran airport targeting the drones and confirmed that the missile hit its target with high accuracy in addition to disrupting air navigation.
He pointed out that the targeting process is consistent with international humanitarian law and its customary rules, where all necessary and preventive measures have been taken to protect civilians.
In response to the Saudi aggression against the Yemeni people, the missile force fired a number of Badr-1 ballistic missiles at Najran airport in southern Saudi Arabia, while the air force targeted King Khalid base in Asir.
