[6th Reuters]-US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced yesterday that two patients with lung disease suspected of being related to electronic cigarettes died in Oregon and Indiana this July. Authorities are investigating lung diseases associated with the use of electronic cigarettes, with the third death from similar lung diseases.
According to the CDC, the total number of diseases identified as being related to electronic cigarettes is 215, unchanged from the previous month, but other lung diseases are still being investigated.
Illinois authorities announced last month that e-cigarette users were hospitalized for severe respiratory disease and then died.
