The administrative units' councils worked to create the conditions for the return of the people, the implementation of projects to remove debris, open the streets, maintain the sewage networks, rehabilitate government buildings, streets, squares and gardens, and activate the work of the police units in the liberated areas and the return of judicial work through the judicial complexes and courts in Albukamal, Mayadeen, Ashara and Adoption. .

The provision of electricity to the various sectors of service, domestic and commercial consumption has played a prominent role in encouraging the displaced to return to their homes, where electricity was restored to the city after a lapse of more than three years and was later delivered to both the eastern, western and northern countryside.

In a statement to SANA's correspondent, the director of Deir Al-Zour, Khaled Lutfi, told SANA that all inhabited neighborhoods in Deir Al-Zour will be fed to Al-Jafra village through the 400 KV tension line coming from Jandar Power Station, which passes Palmyra to Al-Tim station and installed 348 public switching stations. In particular, he pointed to the rehabilitation operations involving the Vanguard station 8 exits 20 kV, the radio station 5 exits 20 kV, Altim station one exit 20 kV and Al-Mayadeen station 4 exits 20 kV in addition to the rehabilitation of lines of medium and low voltage networks.

Lutfi explained that the workshops have rehabilitated the first gas group in the Altim conversion station and introduced the service with a capacity of 30 megabytes and the electrical network is in a state of daily expansion.

In the same context, the director of the branch of the Waseem Al-Saleh Company for Fuel is to provide the Governorate with sufficient quantities of fuel. The Company's gas station has been rehabilitated with a capacity of 200,000 liters of gasoline and 100,000 liters of gasoline, while the number of stations now operating is 28, 7 in the city, 6 in the western countryside and 12 in In addition to supplying two mobile stations to cover the needs of hard to reach areas, he pointed to the maintenance and operation of two domestic gas cylinders filling lines with a capacity of 1200 cylinders per hour for the first line and 600 cylinders for the second line.

Through the integration of the work of the sectors, the provision of adequate energy resources was directly reflected in the water sector, where it witnessed a noticeable improvement. The Director of the Water Establishment, Moaz Al-Alloush, states that during the siege period, there was only one plant operating in the city and once the siege was lifted, intensive work was carried out to restore the water system. In this regard, the number of water stations in service reached 43 stations, 7 of them in the city, 7 in the northern countryside, 23 in the eastern countryside and 6 in the western countryside, considering that the return of electricity contributed to the pumping process regularly while the workshops of the Foundation maintained water networks in the liberated areas.

In the field of health services, Director of Health Dr. Bashar Al-Shuaibi said that 28 health centers have been opened in addition to the hospital complex in Deir Ezzor city, which includes Al-Assad, Euphrates, children and obstetric hospitals and supplying the health sector with equipment, supplies, medicines, ambulances and mobile clinics.

On the level of communications, Deir Ezzor Communications Director, Eng. Ramadan Al-Dhalli, said that the optical cable was repaired on Deir Ezzor Homs axis, activating the internet in the governorate, opening a subscriber service hall within the directorate to inquire and pay bills, in addition to activating 10 telephone centers and expanding the existing centers in the city.
