Daraa-Sana
Within the framework of the third distribution cycle, the Syrian Arab Red Crescent Branch in Daraa delivered a new batch of food aid to the people in Nahta, Mleha Al Gharbia and Al Mleha Al Sharqia towns of Daraa countryside.
The head of the Red Crescent branch, Dr. Ahmed Al-Masalmeh, told SANA today that the aid provided by the World Food Program consists of 18 trucks with 2,350 food baskets.
In a statement received by the Syrian Arab Red Crescent, SANA said that food baskets and supplements with the support of the World Food Program (WFP) will be distributed to 1,400 families of al-Mleiha al-Sharqiya in the eastern countryside of Daraa.
The Syrian government is working to provide the necessary facilities for the delivery of assistance to those in need and those affected by the terrorist war on Syria in various regions and since its liberation from terrorism by the Syrian Arab Army, thousands of baskets of food aid and agricultural grants have been distributed to the neediest people in many villages and towns of Daraa.
