Maintenance of water lines pumping Al-Ashari pumping station in Daraa

The water and rehabilitation team in the Syrian Arab Red Crescent branch in Daraa conducted maintenance of water lines from Al-Ash'ari pumping station to Saida town in the eastern countryside.

Engineer Abbas Al-Sabbagh of the water and rehabilitation team told SANA today that the aim of the maintenance works is to reduce water waste and provide about 100 cubic meters of drinking water per hour to the population.

“The team, in cooperation with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), is continuing its work in the field of maintenance and repair of faults and removal of infringements on this line to the ancient city of Bosra al-Sham.
