(CNN) - President Donald Trump's third National Security advisor, John Bolton, submitted his resignation Tuesday, marking the last exit of a stress-laden government.
Although the role of the national security adviser is not at the cabinet level, there are still six positions at the cabinet level that are open within the Trump administration: Secretary General, Secretary of National Security, Secretary of Labor, Director of the Office of Administration and Budget (Mick Mulvaney technically still holds this position, but there is an acting director), director of National Intelligence and administrator of the Small Business Administration.
