[Washington 11th Reuters]-President Trump has expressed his willingness to welcome a “big move” on the 11th that China announced that it would exclude some US products from additional tariffs.
Mr. Trump evaluated it as a "big move" after saying "China has moved somewhat. It was very good" at the event. “I do business with China and I know them. I like them. We expect to do something,” he said.
The Ministry of Finance of China announced that 16 items will be exempted from additional retaliatory duties on imported goods from the United States. This includes feed such as whey and fish meal, some anticancer drugs, and lubricating oil. The exemption will be applied for one year from September 17 to September 16 next year.
