[Reuters, London 11]-The Supreme Court of Scotland on Thursday said it was illegal for British Prime Minister Johnson to close Congress until mid-next month.
Scottish Nationalist Joanna Cherry, who brought the lawsuit, revealed to SkyNews.
He said, “I want to call again the parliament immediately.”
A government spokesman has indicated a policy to appeal to the British Supreme Court.
The High Court of London (the High Court) rejected a petition seeking injunction to close the parliament decided by Prime Minister Johnson on the 6th. However, an appeal to the Supreme Court was possible. A hearing will be held at the Supreme Court on September 17.
