In the wake of Hong Kong's confusion over the issue of amendment to the fugitive code, the US Congress is making full-fledged movements of a bipartisan group that wants to enact a new law on Hong Kong and increase pressure on China. China, suspected of US involvement behind an unstoppable demonstration, is violently rebelling against this move that could involve Hong Kong in a trade dispute between the United States and China.

On the 8th, the demonstrators who buried the road to the US Consulate General in Hong Kong raised their voices with the stars and stripes and a paper with "SOS" written on them.
The demonstrators appealed for the early establishment of the “Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Bill” discussed in the US Congress. The participant's man (27) said, "I want to enact a law that protects Hong Kong's autonomy."
A bill submitted in June by a bipartisan member of the US Parliament requires the US government to verify annually the “advanced autonomy” promised to Hong Kong.
