Deir Ezzor-Sana
The General Company for Engineering Studies and Technical Consultations completed the first and second phases of the study and preparation of the organizational chart of the city of Deir Ezzor.
Deir Ezzor City Council Chairman Raed Mandil said in a statement to SANA that the second phase included addressing some of the problems in the previous organizational plan and developing new proposals regarding the organizational characteristics to find solutions at the neighborhood level and some urban details and a future vision for the plan that allows its expansion, especially from South of the city.
The first phase of the plan included an assessment of the current situation and assessed with the proportion of damage to the buildings and the lifting of digital schemes in order to be adjusted according to the conditions and formulas appropriate to the ground according to a handkerchief.
The head of Deir Ezzor City Council pointed out that the third phase will be a technical phase based on the digitization of the plans.
