Palestinian Presidential Spokesman Nabil Abu Rudeina affirmed that holding the meeting is a condemned and unacceptable act, stressing that the Palestinian people are the sole decision-maker on their land and without realizing their demands for the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.

Palestinian government spokesman Ibrahim Melhem explained that the convening of the Israeli government meeting in the occupied Jordan Valley and its declaration of annexation of land is an attempt to rob the history and change the facts, but this will not happen because the Palestinian people are clinging to their land and will remain steadfast and believe in the inevitability of victory over the occupation, settlement and Judaization.

In a statement, the Palestinian Foreign Ministry called on the international community to shoulder its responsibilities and immediately move to stop the Judaic occupation measures in the occupied Palestinian territories, noting that the occupation measures of displacing Palestinians and abolishing the Palestinian presence in the Jordan Valley are a test of the international community's ability to defend its remaining credibility through the immediate implementation of resolutions. Member of the Political Bureau of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine Mariam Abu Daqqa indicated that the meeting in the occupied Jordan Valley comes within the plot of the "deal of the century" aimed at liquidating the Palestinian issue, pointing out that the massive intifada is the only response to protect the Palestinian land from Judaization and settlement and attempts to seize land.
