The People's Assembly, in its second session of the 11th ordinary session of the second legislative session held today under the chairmanship of Speaker Hamouda Sabbagh, continued to discuss the articles of the draft law on the State Council.

President of the People's Assembly started the session by talking about Legislative Decree No. 20 of 2019 issued by President Bashar al-Assad, granting a general amnesty, stressing that the decree is a great incentive for us to strengthen our faith in this country and its leadership and an additional motivation to be more useful in the service of this people.
