While the Venezuelan opposition bloc, represented by Juan Guaidó, announced Monday the failure of the dialogues in Barbados, in Caracas the regime announced an agreement with the opposition. It is an agreement for the establishment of a dialogue table with minority opposition parties. This dialogue also includes, through several agreements, the return of official deputies to the National Assembly, the only body controlled by the opposition, but also the release of political prisoners and the renewal of the National Electoral Council.
