The Secretary-General of the Nasserite Popular Organization Osama Saad said that the Lebanese national resistance made sacrifices and martyrs and is continuing to do so in order to defeat the Israeli occupation and protect Lebanon.
Saad said in a speech marking the 37th anniversary of the launch of the Lebanese National Resistance Front that "the start of resistance against the Israeli occupation marked the beginning of a series of victory over this enemy from liberation in 2000 through the victory of 2006 to the day when this resistance was able to achieve a balance of power With the enemy so that it is counting a thousand accounts for any aggression against Lebanon. ”
He added that the Lebanese people "suffered a lot in the face of aggression and managed through sacrifices to achieve their aspirations for freedom and liberation and will continue its struggle until the liberation of the last inch of the land of Lebanon" and will continue to support the struggle of the Palestinian people to the defeat of the Zionist aggressive scheme on the land of Palestine.
