Eid pointed out that the number of goats herd is about 21,519 heads producing about 1335 tons of milk and the number of sheep 150 thousand heads produce 5 thousand tons of milk, pointing to the existence of 790 thousand birds of broiler and laying hens produce about ten million eggs annually in addition to production The Kenitra poultry facility, which is also estimated at about ten million eggs a year.

He pointed out that the people of the province rely mainly on raising livestock, which has recovered because of the presence of water and pastures, pointing to the interest received by the animal health department of the animal health in the Directorate of Agriculture from giving vaccines and periodic rounds on the herd.

Regarding the difficulties of raising cattle, Al-Mishail pointed to the high cost of treating sick cows due to the increase in the prices of medicines, calling for intensifying vaccines and providing treatment for infected cows at the required speed in addition to monitoring the vaccine markets and ensuring their validity and effectiveness.
