The mediators in Norway that promoted the negotiation process that was staged in Barbados are in contact with the delegations of the questioned President Nicolás Maduro and Juan Guaidó, President of the National Assembly and recognized as president in charge of at least 55 countries. This according to the lawyer Gerardo Blyde, one of the four representatives of Guaidó at the table. Blyde warned that on the weekend some envoys from Oslo were in Caracas to hold meetings with both representations and that they had not yet taken the flight when Maduro announced the parallel dialogue process.
