Spain is bound for new elections in November as a result of the political blockade that seems to have been installed in the country since 2015. These elections will be the second held in 2019 and the fourth in four years. A complex situation that we deal with three Latin Americans; two of them, nationalized Spaniards who can vote in the general elections; and a third Venezuelan citizen who, being a resident, can only elect her local authorities. Our correspondent Vera Cataño talked with them in Madrid.
