Technical workshops of the General Electricity Company of Hama have carried out maintenance works for a number of switching stations and power grid lines in a number of areas of the governorate as part of the set of procedures in preparation for the arrival of winter and increasing demand for electric power.

Eng. Mohammed Al-Raidi, the company's director, explained that the workshops carried out maintenance works for the first transformer at Ain Al-Louza transformer station with a capacity of 66/20 KV and repaired a malfunction on the cables of the access cell 20 KV in the said station, in addition to repairing the measurement cell 20 KV in the conversion station. Salmiya Hospital and Mills, maintenance works at Hama 2 substation, 20kV substation, replacement of the current transformer in Ghor al-Assi cell, restoration of the line, maintenance of the low-voltage network in Sinida village and replacement of broken insulation before entering winter .

He pointed out that an antenna cable has been extended and burned fuse bases have been replaced to provide electricity to a group of subscribers in Skelbeya neighborhood market and maintenance of ground distribution boxes and installation of internal and external end boxes in the saddles station in the eastern countryside.
