The commander of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Major-General Hossein Salami, has confirmed the full readiness of the Iranian armed forces to respond strictly to any attack, stressing his country's determination to continue shooting down any drones that violate its airspace.
In a speech during the opening ceremony of the exhibition "hunting eagles to show the spoils of drones" today, Salami said we will continue to shoot down drones that violate the sanctity of our airspace firmly and we have the courage to announce the downing, adding our potential is still unknown .
Salami said that the response to any attack will not be limited and the aggressor will be chased to punish him.
He noted that Iran has made progress in all fields, especially in the development of infrastructure and scientific and technical fields of the country.
