(CNN) - Three Catholic churches in El Paso have been targeted by incendiary attacks and investigators are offering a reward for information on the culprits.

The first incident of arson in Texas churches occurred on May 7 at St. Matthew Catholic Church, followed by another one week later at St. Patrick's Cathedral, the FBI said in a statement.

About a month later, on June 15, another attack occurred in the Catholic Church of Jude, the FBI said. In each case, the unknown authors threw incendiary devices at the churches in an attempt to set them on fire, according to the FBI.
