(CNN) - President Trump was again vague about whether a transcript or information about his call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will be published.

While Trump lamented about US support to Ukraine and what he perceives as a lack of support from Europe, Trump said: “When I spoke, I had a great conversation with the new president of Ukraine and during that conversation, we discussed it. They may see it, they may not see it, it depends on what we want to do. ”

He continued: “But we had a great conversation, a very, very, very good conversation too, but one of the things we discussed is why Europe is no longer helping Ukraine. Why is it always the United States? That bothered me from day one. ”

Later, Trump said he did not threaten to withhold aid to Ukraine.

"I didn't make a statement that 'you have to do this or I will not give you help.' I would not do that. I would not do that, ”he said.

Trump again suggested that it is his hope that the transcript of the call be published.

“It was a very good call. I hope they see it, and I hope they see it soon, ”he said.

Trump accuses Joe Biden of being "corrupt"

President Trump went on the offensive, openly accusing former Vice President Joe Biden of being "corrupt." Meanwhile, Trump himself faces claims that he asked the president of Ukraine, Volodmyr Zelensky, to investigate the aspiring Democrat.

"Joe Biden and his son are corrupt," Trump said, referring to the unfounded claims that Biden's son was involved in a corruption plan in Ukraine.

Trump then said, without evidence, that "if a Republican ever did what Joe Biden did, if a Republican said what Joe Biden said, the electric chair would go at this time."

Biden Trump: "Publish the transcripts"

Joe Biden responded to one of President Trump's tweets about the Ukrainian drama and asked the president to publish transcripts of his call to the President of Ukraine.

"Then, release the transcript of the call," Biden wrote.
