The Minister of Local Administration and Environment, Hussein Makhlouf, affirmed that the Syrian state service institutions are present in all areas that the Syrian Arab Army has liberated from terrorism and that it meets the requirements of citizens returning to their areas with various services.
During a press conference that included a number of foreign media in the ministry building today, Makhlouf pointed out that the Syrian state is rehabilitating and reconstructing the areas devastated by terrorism and providing various services and infrastructure for the families returning to their areas of water, electricity, medicine, schools and relief to enable them to practice their lives normally.
The Minister of Local Administration said that the Syrian government has rehabilitated 7,000 schools in the liberated areas and 4 million students have been returned to their schools, and 1 million hectares of irrigated land have been returned to the agricultural plan and 3 million hectares Baal despite the unjust siege imposed on Syria.
Makhlouf explained that Syria, with the support of its allies, sought after the liberation of most areas from terrorist organizations and secured the necessary services to return the displaced Syrians outside Syria to their homeland and provided assistance and assistance to them and provided them with a respectable housing, which contributed to the return of 4.5 million Syrians from internally displaced and 300 thousand displaced from abroad. Providing all needs to them, stressing that the doors of the homeland are open to all Syrians at home and abroad to return to the lap of the homeland and everyone is welcome under the rule of law.
Makhlouf stressed that the state was keen to deliver all kinds of relief and support even to the citizens who remained inside the areas under the control of terrorism, contrary to what the countries supporting terrorism, where since the beginning of the war on Syria has imposed unilateral coercive economic measures on the Syrian people in order to pressure Syria .
For his part, Maj. Gen. Hassan Hassan, Director of the Political Department, pointed out that Syria is at the forefront of countries that have confronted and fought terrorism with the help and support of its allies, and that the state, with its institutions, was keen to open the arteries of life in every region entering and freeing it from terrorism.
General Hassan stressed that the Syrian Arab Army had not only confronted and fought against terrorism, but also helped and assisted all the people who remained in their areas or who went out and worked to provide relief convoys to reach all areas.
Director of the Department of Organizations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants Abdel Moneim Annan explained that the solution to the situation in Idlib lies in the exit of foreign terrorists from them, the rest laying down their arms and settling their situation and imposing the Syrian state control over the whole of Idlib to restore security and safety to it.
