(CNN Spanish) - An earthquake of preliminary magnitude 6.3 was recorded on Monday night on the coast of Puerto Rico, according to a report by the United States Geological Survey (USGS).

The quake was recorded at 11:23 p.m. ET, 79 kilometers north-west of the municipality of Isabela, and was 10 kilometers deep.

The San Juan National Climate Service said there is no tsunami risk for Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin.
